The Kampot Pepper Cooperative represents small-holder farmers in Cambodia's Kampot and Kep provinces growing PGI-protected Kampot pepper. Known as the world's most aromatic pepper variety, Kampot pepper (red, black, and white) is exported to fine-dining restaurants and gourmet food importers in France, Germany, the US, and Australia.
