Santa Bremor is one of the largest fish and seafood processing enterprises in Eastern Europe, headquartered in Brest, Belarus. Founded in 1993, the company processes over 80,000 tonnes of fish products annually including marinated and spiced herring, smoked fish, seafood salads, crab sticks (surimi), and ready-to-eat seafood products. Production facilities in Brest span 40,000 square metres and operate to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards; MSC certification covers selected herring lines. Santa Bremor exports to more than 20 countries with primary markets in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and the Baltic states. The company supplies wholesale food distributors, supermarket chains, and food service operators, offering both branded product ranges and private-label seafood production for international retail partners.
