After years of homebrewing, we successfully convinced the administration of Case Western Reserve University that growing from a craft beer bar and restaurant to a campus-centric brewpub was an awesome idea.Within one year, the passion and product grew outside the University Circle bubble and into other bars and restaurants in Cleveland.From the simplest ale to the most difficult wild-fermented, barrel-aged drop of beer we make, science, knowledge, hard work, and soul are found in every glass of liquid The Scholar pours.
