We would like to underline it, we like to tell it: the real strong point of Ittica Berto is the "small peach". Which, technically, is fishing practiced with boats less than 12 meters long, which operate within and no further than 12 miles from the coast, using tools and techniques that respect the sea, its ecosystems and their natural regeneration times. A "small" fishing, perhaps, but there is certainly great attention to sustainability that we put first every day: this is why we are the Artisans of the Sea.
