Tayal S.P.A. diluncurkan pada tahun 2013 oleh C&H Group, TEXALG, dan MADAR Holding dalam kemitraan dengan grup tekstil Turki TAY GROUP, dan beroperasi di zona industri Sidi Khattab di Relizane. Fasilitas yang terintegrasi penuh ini memproduksi 36.000 ton benang, 50 juta meter kain tenun (denim dan non-denim), 5.000 ton kain rajut, dan hingga 30 juta item garmen siap pakai per tahun, menjadikannya sebagai pabrik tekstil terbesar di Afrika. Perusahaan ini memasok kain dan pakaian jadi kepada pembeli B2B di Eropa dan Maghreb.
