Who says germination says humidity. At the end of good germination, the humidity level exceeds 50%. At this level, there is no point in trying to keep sprouted barley for more than a day. With the increase in workload and the lack of labor, many breeders have stopped this production. It is based on this principle that we have developed a manufacturing process which includes desiccation (drying at low temperature) which allows us today to offer you a sprouted barley which keeps very well while preserving all of its nutritional benefits.
