Invece modelliamo il nostro profilo di macinato in base alla sensazione in bocca e non esitiamo a utilizzare additivi per aumentare il sapore. Dedichiamo molto tempo in ogni fase del processo di progettazione della birra perfetta; dagli aggiustamenti minerali attentamente calcolati al confezionamento nel recipiente perfetto per preservare il sapore.
