Il nostro è stato più che altro un gesto di fiducia verso le nuove tecnologie alimentari, e in particolare verso le nuove tecniche di congelamento degli alimenti. Nel corso di un decennio Alcass diventa un vero specialista della refrigerazione e pioniere del settore, grazie a significative innovazioni.
