What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 8 official records from 3 official sources are on file. 3 other entries are not official records: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Business email on the company's own domain (record type: corporate-mail-on-domain) [our own observation, not an official record; status green] Shows the domain runs its own email rather than a free mailbox. It describes the domain, not who owns it. checked 2026-08-04. Mail server of the company domain
- No match found in the debarment registers we checked (record type: debarment-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public debarment datasets and found no matching candidate. Absence from these lists is a search result, not a certificate. checked 2026-08-04. OpenSanctions
- No match found on the sanctions lists we checked (record type: sanctions-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public sanctions datasets and found no matching candidate. A name search is not full compliance screening. checked 2026-08-04. OpenSanctions
- Directors named in the company register (record type: leadership-on-record) [official record; status green] The people leading the company are named in a public record. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- Street address on file in the state register (record type: registered-address) [official record; status green] Registered address: Bună Ziua, nr. 25A, et. tehnic, ap. 19, Municipiul Cluj-Napoca, Cluj. The address the company itself gave the register, so post and inspectors reach it there. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- Workforce size in the company register (record type: workforce-on-record) [official record; status green] 1 employees on the state record. - Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- On the company register (record type: registered-since) [official record; status green] Shows how long the company has been on the state register, which is hard to fake and easy to check. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- Registered for trade, not manufacturing (record type: registered-trade-only) [official record; status amber] Indicates the register lists trade, not production. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- Not active in the company registry (record type: registry-inactive-global) [official record; status red] Indicates the register no longer lists the company as trading. checked 2026-10-16. Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului, date deschise (data.gov.ro)
- EU VAT number valid for cross-border trade (record type: vat-valid) [official record; status green] The number is registered and active: we asked the EU VIES service and it answered yes. An invalid VAT number is the first sign an invoice comes from the wrong company. checked 2026-08-04. VIES

Import rules for these goods
- Upcoming, not yet applicable on 2026-10-22: If the goods are made of wood, placing them on the EU market falls under the Deforestation Regulation (EUDR): the operator files a due-diligence statement with geolocation of the wood's origin; furniture not made of wood is outside it. The EU Deforestation Regulation applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026 and to micro and small operators from 30 June 2027; due-diligence intensity depends on the risk level the Commission assigns to the country of production.
