Così nasce CARNI VALLEBELBO. Inizialmente i soci erano diciassette, tutti allevatori di bovini, suini e caprini, il loro coraggio fu encomiabile, così come la loro determinazione fin dall'inizio, si capì che l'unica strada percorribile era puntare esclusivamente sulla qualità, utilizzando tecniche preparatorie e conservative adottate nelle famiglie di Langa.
