Filatura Bertoglio Italo s.a.s. è stata fondata dal Sig. Italo nel 1946 in un edificio lungo il torrente Cervo nel Biellese. Nel 1961 si trasferisce nella zona industriale di Maglioleo dove si trova tuttora. Da 70 anni la famiglia lavora affinché l'azienda sperimenti un graduale ma costante incremento della capacità produttiva, con particolare attenzione al continuo miglioramento della qualità dei prodotti secondo gli altissimi standard del vero “Made in Italy”. Anche negli ultimi anni, caratterizzati da un generale congelamento degli investimenti, la Filatura Cardata Bertoglio ha aperto un nuovo stabilimento per razionalizzare al meglio la produzione per produrre ogni tipologia di filato cardato tradizionale.
