Zigante Tartufi, fondata nel 1997 a Buzet, è l'azienda di tartufi più famosa della Croazia, che prende il nome da Giancarlo Zigante che trovò il tartufo bianco più grande del mondo nel 1999. L'azienda produce tartufi bianchi e neri istriani freschi, congelati e in barattolo e oli d'oliva, salse e paste al tartufo. Esportazioni verso importatori di specialità alimentari in Europa, Stati Uniti e Giappone.
