Sappiamo che il trasporto dei nostri prodotti per via aerea è ecologicamente problematico a causa delle elevate emissioni di anidride carbonica. Tuttavia, per i nostri agricoltori in Uganda e nella vicina Tanzania occidentale non esiste altra opzione per portare i loro prodotti sul mercato europeo. Il trasporto della frutta via terra verso la costa è complicato e richiede tempo, e in realtà è impossibile per la frutta fresca. I nostri agricoltori non avrebbero alcuna possibilità sul mercato. Ecco perché abbiamo deciso di optare per il trasporto aereo a beneficio dei nostri agricoltori.
