Il Pastificio Avesani nasce nel 1951 a Bussolengo, in provincia di Verona, dalla passione e dall’inventiva di Ugo e Iole Avesani. Da semplice laboratorio artigianale di pasta fresca, l’azienda è cresciuta rapidamente grazie a strategie mirate al raggiungimento di traguardi sempre più ambiziosi.
