La società Plazma LLC è stata creata il 1° novembre 1990 come piccola impresa. Sulla base del Biysk Transport Trust è stato creato un centro informatico, che serviva quasi tutte le imprese di trasporto nella città di Biysk. Contestualmente è stata realizzata un'area riparazione compressori industriali ed un centro di saldatura.
