Zwack è una distilleria con sede a Budapest nota soprattutto per Unicum, un liquore amaro alle erbe ottenuto da una miscela segreta di oltre 40 erbe e spezie. Fondata nel 1840 come J. Zwack & Co., l'azienda divenne una delle più grandi distillerie dell'Europa centrale all'inizio del 1900, esportando oltre 200 liquori e liquori in tutto il mondo. È quotato alla Borsa di Budapest e rimane un simbolo del patrimonio culinario ungherese.
