The company occupies an area of approximately 2,000 m2 used for the production structure, storage, laboratory, commercial and administrative offices. In the Cavallasca (Como) plant, the milk supplied is processed daily by applying a traceability system that includes all the ingredients that go into production. Thanks to the HACCP control system, Latticini Cernobbio is able to trace the individual ingredients used (milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments) and their origin from a finished product. The continuous search for excellence without forgetting the artisan tradition combined with modern production technologies guarantees the final consumer high quality products.
