What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 8 official records from 5 official sources are on file. 4 other entries are not official records: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- No match found on the sanctions lists we checked (record type: sanctions-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public sanctions datasets and found no matching candidate. A name search is not full compliance screening. checked 2026-09-04. OpenSanctions
- Business email on the company's own domain (record type: corporate-mail-on-domain) [our own observation, not an official record; status green] Shows the domain runs its own email rather than a free mailbox. It describes the domain, not who owns it. checked 2026-09-04. Mail server of the company domain
- Website domain registered (record type: domain-registered) [our own observation, not an official record; status green] Shows how long this web address has been registered. That is the age of the domain, not of the company: a domain can change owners. checked 2026-09-04. Domain registry record
- No match found in the debarment registers we checked (record type: debarment-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public debarment datasets and found no matching candidate. Absence from these lists is a search result, not a certificate. checked 2026-09-04. OpenSanctions
- A director was appointed, on the official record (record type: officer-appointed) [official record; status green] Shows that a named person answers for the company on the public record. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House (officers)
- Directors named in the company register (record type: leadership-on-record) [official record; status green] Registry lists Director: Mats Enock Alexander Johansson. The people leading the company are named in a public record. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House (officers)
- Owners named in the company register (record type: ownership-on-record) [official record; status green] Controlling owner on record: Mr Mats Enock Alexander Johansson. Names the company's owners or controllers as the register records them. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House (PSC)
- Annual accounts filed with the register (record type: annual-accounts-filed) [official record; status green] Annual accounts filed for 2025. Indicates the company still meets its reporting duties. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House (accounts)
- Listed in a source registry (record type: listed-in-registry) [official record; status green] Found in a named public register, not only on its own website. checked 2026-09-07. Environment Agency public registers (England)
- Named directors on file (record type: directors-on-file) [official record; status green] One director named in the company register. The register names the people who run the company, so there is someone answerable if something goes wrong. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House
- Registered for trade, not manufacturing (record type: registered-trade-only) [official record; status amber] Indicates the register lists trade, not production. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House
- Active in the UK registry (record type: ch-active) [official record; status green] The national company register still lists it as active. checked 2026-09-04. Companies House

Import rules for these goods
- Upcoming, not yet applicable on 2026-10-23: If the goods are made of wood, placing them on the EU market falls under the Deforestation Regulation (EUDR): the operator files a due-diligence statement with geolocation of the wood's origin; furniture not made of wood is outside it. The EU Deforestation Regulation applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026 and to micro and small operators from 30 June 2027; due-diligence intensity depends on the risk level the Commission assigns to the country of production. European Commission (EUDR)
- Consumer goods sold in the EU fall under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, applies since 13 Dec 2024): a responsible person in the EU is mandatory. EUR-Lex: Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR)
