Caussade Semences Group is a French privately owned seed company founded in 1897 in Caussade, Tarn-et-Garonne, in the southwest of France. The company specialises in the breeding and distribution of hybrid seed varieties for sunflower, corn, grain sorghum, forage sorghum, sorghum-sudan crosses, field bean, pea and rapeseed. Caussade's core geographic focus is the warm and semi-arid production zones of Southern France, Spain, Romania, Hungary, Turkey and North Africa, where sunflower and sorghum are important commercial crops.
