Euralis Semences is the seed division of the Euralis cooperative group, headquartered in Lescar near Pau in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. The company develops and markets sunflower, corn, soybean and grain sorghum varieties. Euralis is particularly recognised for its high-oleic sunflower varieties bred to meet the oleic acid specifications required by food industry buyers producing healthy cooking oils and specialty frying fats. Corn varieties are developed for silage and grain production in Atlantic and Continental climate zones. Breeding stations operate in France, Spain, Romania and Hungary.
