Hikma Pharmaceuticals was founded in 1978 in Amman and has grown into the largest pharmaceutical company in the MENA region, operating 29 manufacturing plants across 10 countries with an 800+ product portfolio spanning injectable, oral, and branded generic medicines. In Jordan, Hikma runs four plants covering general formulation, cephalosporins, penicillin, and oncology, all inspected by the US FDA.
