Walsh Whiskey Distillery produces premium and super-premium triple-distilled craft Irish whiskeys under the Writers' Tears and The Irishman brands. Founded by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh, the distillery operates from Royal Oak, County Carlow and exports its critically acclaimed whiskeys to over 50 countries.
