Teddy Beer Brewery Waarom een brouwerij? Omdat er altijd tijd is om de smaak van goede dingen te verspreiden! Thomas startte de Teddy Beer-brouwerij in miniformaat in zijn garage in Grenoblois in 2012, waarna hij in 2017 de krachten bundelde met Johanna, waarna Teddy Beer een ‘echte’ coöperatieve microbrouwerij werd voor twee werknemers-medewerkers, en de brouwerij uiteindelijk verhuisde naar Bourgondië, in de heuvels van het dorp uit zijn jeugd tussen Clunisois en Charolais. Samuel sloot zich in 2023 aan bij het avontuur, nadat hij een aantal jaren in zijn Lyonnaise-keuken had geëxperimenteerd. Toen hij naar Beaubery verhuisde, besloot hij er zijn carrière van te maken. Gewetensvol opgeleid door Thomas, neemt hij de leiding over de bierproductie van de brouwerij.
