De binnenkant van de luiers lijkt op het fijnste katoen en linnen, voelt zacht en comfortabel aan en voelt zelfs aan als zijde. Ze ‘ademen’ ook. Het absorberende materiaal in deze luiers is van natuurlijke oorsprong. Bovendien hebben ze een speciaal gaas aan de binnenkant, zodat de luier niet aan de gevoelige huid van de baby blijft plakken. Daarnaast hebben Moony-luiers ventilatiegaten aan de achterkant, waardoor het ademend vermogen met 200% wordt verhoogd.
