Het is fantastisch om te zien dat de vraag naar onze lokale producten steeds groter wordt. Onze geweldige kaasmakers tonen echte liefde voor het kaasvak. Het hele proces van het maken van kaas gebeurt met de hand: van het snijden, roeren en draaien terwijl de kazen rijpen tot ze één voor één met de hand worden ingepakt. Elke kaas wordt met echte liefde en vakmanschap behandeld. Dit zorgt ervoor dat elke kaas uniek is en een rustieke kwaliteitstoets krijgt. Wij noemen het geluk op korte afstand, midden in het ijsvat! Dagverse melk wordt van Bjølsund Gård naar Rygge Meieri vervoerd, waar de melk op dezelfde dag rechtstreeks in het kaasvat wordt gebotteld.
