Het bedrijf produceert sigaretten onder merken als Gauloises, Gitanes, Fortunas, Nobel en Ducados in fabrieken in Frankrijk, Spanje en Marokko. Altadis heeft ook distributierechten voor handgemaakte premium sigaren, waaronder Montecristo, Romeo y Julieta, H.
