In 1959, the Glavtselinpromstroya Combine of Reinforced Concrete Products and Building Structures was formed in Tselinograd, which in 1992 transformed into the Stroykonstruktsiya joint-stock company, and V.D. Buller. becomes President of the company. Under his leadership, from a small plant the enterprise has grown to the level of a flagship of the construction industry not only in the city of Astana and the Akmola region, but also in the Republic of Kazakhstan.....
