APPQUIP
Het Apquip-systeem voor het lijmen van randen en oppervlakken is een onder druk staand, niet-circulerend lijmaanbrengsysteem dat een extrusiekop en een luchtbediende lijmklep omvat. Het besturingssysteem zorgt voor een getimede en zeer nauwkeurige lijmtoepassing met uitstekende herhaalbaarheid. Een metermixer, pomp of tank zorgt voor een constante lijmdruk. Een enkele sensor wordt gebruikt om de voor- en achterrand van het bord te detecteren. Terwijl de plaat wordt gedetecteerd, gaat de lijmklep open, waardoor de lijm kan stromen totdat de achterrand wordt gedetecteerd. De start- en stoppunten kunnen nauwkeurig worden aangepast om aan de specificaties van elke individuele klant te voldoen.
