Wij zijn een familiebedrijf uit Letland met bijna 30 jaar ervaring in de biologische landbouw en voedselverwerking. Onze kernactiviteit is het telen en verwerken van biologische boekweit, karwijzaad, hennepzaad en mariadistelzaad, samen met andere granen en oliehoudende zaden, op ruim 300 hectare gecertificeerd land. In 2018 hebben we een gecertificeerde biologische verwerkingsfaciliteit gebouwd met moderne reinigings-, droog- en opslagapparatuur. Hierdoor kunnen we de gehele productiecyclus beheren, van zaad tot eindproduct, waardoor volledige traceerbaarheid, strikte kwaliteitscontrole en productveiligheid worden gegarandeerd.
