Guarantee of quality since 1977 Selected pure Piedmontese beef --> Watch Intro Video --> Who we are Between 1977 and 1978 a group of farmers from the Belbo Valley decided to create a cooperative capable of directly marketing their livestock. This is how CARNI VALLEBELBO was born. Initially there were seventeen members, all breeders of cattle, pigs and goats, their courage was commendable, as was their determination from the beginning, it was understood that the only way forward was to focus solely on quality, using preparatory and conservative techniques adopted in Langa families. This is how various products are born: the classic cooked salami, the raw magronetto salami, the pressed pancetta, the coppa, the local cotechino
