Zo werd CARNI VALLEBELBO geboren. Aanvankelijk waren er zeventien leden, allemaal fokkers van rundvee, varkens en geiten. Hun moed was lovenswaardig, net als hun vastberadenheid vanaf het begin. Het werd duidelijk dat de enige weg vooruit was om zich uitsluitend op kwaliteit te concentreren, met behulp van voorbereidende en conservatieve technieken die in Langa-families werden toegepast.
