Sinds 1997 heeft Faustino Gil Pérez S.L. staat voor ambachtelijke toewijding aan Iberische producten van hoge kwaliteit. Gelegen in Los Santos, Salamanca, een regio met een uitzonderlijk microklimaat, produceren wij Iberische hammen, gezouten worsten en traditionele producten die de authentieke smaak van de dehesa weerspiegelen. Dankzij onze eigen productie hebben we controle over elke fase van het proces: van de selectie van het Iberische varken tot de langzame rijping in onze natuurlijke kelders.
