GALMED is een familiebedrijf. De oprichtster van Galmed is Marian Meger, momenteel wordt het bedrijf voortgezet door haar dochter, Katarzyna Meger. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1980 en produceert sinds 1985 medische wegwerpapparatuur. We zijn met de productie begonnen als reactie op de marktvraag, die bijna geen geïmporteerde apparatuur meer had. Vanaf het begin van onze activiteit was onze prioriteit de kwaliteit en veiligheid van producten. Wij voldoen aan de hoge normen opgelegd door Richtlijn 93/42/EG, de norm EN ISO 13485 en geharmoniseerde normen. Voor alle producten beschikken wij over EG-certificaten.
