GROENE STRAAL | Het beperken van de methaanslip in LNG-motoren
Het GREEN RAY-project heeft tot doel de methaanslip van schepen op vloeibaar aardgas (LNG) te minimaliseren om schoon vervoer over water mogelijk te maken. Door drie innovatieve technologieën te ontwikkelen voor LNG-motoren die op nieuwe en bestaande schepen kunnen worden geïnstalleerd, werkt GREEN RAY aan het verminderen van de negatieve impact van transport over water en het beschermen van de gezondheid van mens en milieu.
