Wij, Gebrüder Hartkopf GmbH & Co. KG, werden in 1872 opgericht door de broers Carl en August Hartkopf. Aanvankelijk produceerden we plano's voor messen, daarna specialiseerden we ons in handgereedschap en machineonderdelen. Tegenwoordig bieden we een breed scala aan producten voor verschillende industrieën. Ons bedrijf is voortdurend geëvolueerd: in 1888 verhuisden we naar onze huidige locatie aan de Bismarckstraße en in 1890 begonnen we met de ontwikkeling van onze eigen productiemachines. In de jaren zeventig verlegden we onze productie van bestek naar handgereedschap. In de jaren negentig hebben wij onze gereedschapsproductie gemoderniseerd met CAD/CAM-systemen en HSC-freestechnieken.
