Ons bedrijf is gevormd door jarenlange ervaring op het gebied van dönerproductie (officieel Dönerspieß of Drehspieß genoemd). Öztas Dönerproduktion GmbH & Co. KG werd opgericht in 1994 en was tot 1996 gespecialiseerd in de vleeshandel. Sinds 1996 produceert het bedrijf ook dönervlees. Tegenwoordig is Öztas Dönerproduktion een van de grootste döner kebabfabrikanten in Europa. De zorgvuldige kwaliteitscontrole en het slachten volgens Halal regelgeving zorgen voor een optimaal productieproces van grondstoffen onder de strengste hygiënische omstandigheden.
