Het bedrijf Plazma LLC werd op 1 november 1990 opgericht als een kleine onderneming. Op basis van de Biysk Transport Trust werd een computercentrum gecreëerd, dat bijna alle transportbedrijven in de stad Biysk bediende. Tegelijkertijd werden een reparatieruimte voor industriële compressoren en een lascentrum gecreëerd. Het bedrijf kreeg verdere ontwikkeling na de verwerving van nieuwe productiegebieden, waar de volgende gebieden werden georganiseerd: productie van niet-standaard apparatuur en lassen, reparatie van compressoren, onderhoud van vrachtwagens en auto's, artistiek smeden.
