RAGT Semences is a French family-owned seed and agricultural group founded in 1919 and headquartered in Rodez, Aveyron. The company is one of Europe's leading independent seed producers, with core breeding activity in sunflower, corn, soft wheat, durum wheat, winter rapeseed and grain sorghum. RAGT is particularly well regarded in France and Spain for its sunflower and corn variety portfolio, which includes traits addressing drought tolerance, sclerotinia resistance and broomrape infestation common in southern European production systems.
