Tarkeeb werd in 2005 opgericht als een thuisbedrijf met een oppervlakte van 60 m² in de achtertuin van de eigenaar, als klein kantoor en werkplaats. Tegenwoordig heeft Tarkeeb 320 m² als showroom in het Al Tilal Complex, Shuwaikh en een fabriek van 1.200 m² in het Al Jahra Industrial Area, die volledig is uitgerust met de beste en nieuwste technologische machines.
