Tayal SPA werd in 2013 gelanceerd door C&H Group, TEXALG en MADAR Holding in samenwerking met de Turkse textielgroep TAY GROUP, en is actief in de industriële zone Sidi Khattab in Relizane. De volledig geïntegreerde fabriek produceert 36.000 ton garen, 50 miljoen meter geweven stof (denim en niet-denim), 5.000 ton gebreide stof en tot 30 miljoen confectiekledingstukken per jaar, waardoor het de grootste textielfabrikant van Afrika is. Het bedrijf levert stoffen en afgewerkte kleding aan B2B-kopers in Europa en de Maghreb.
