The farm was created in 1955. It had 2 hectares of fruit and 5 hectares of cereals. 55 years later, the total area is 110 hectares including 22 hectares of fruit trees (apricots, cherries), 30 hectares of market gardening and 58 hectares of cereals. 1955-1996: Delivery of production in cooperatives and shipping companies. 1997: Reorganization of the farm, decision to package and market family production. 1998: Creation of the company “les fruits du coteau”. This company is a commercial service provider. In fact, several neighboring and family producers wanted to market their production themselves. We therefore decided to market part of their production in complete transparency. 201
