What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 11 official records from 4 official sources are on file. 3 other entries are not official records: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Business email on the company's own domain (record type: corporate-mail-on-domain) [our own observation, not an official record; status green] Shows the domain runs its own email rather than a free mailbox. It describes the domain, not who owns it. checked 2026-08-22. Mail server of the company domain
- Probably related companies, not confirmed by an official record (record type: related-entity-probable-register) [official record; status green] A register lists a legal entity whose name contains this company's distinctive name and whose address is in the same town. That makes a link probable, not proven: the register does not say the two are related. effective since 2026-09-01. New Zealand Customs Service, National Excise Customs-controlled Area (CCA) List
- No match found on the sanctions lists we checked (record type: sanctions-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public sanctions datasets and found no matching candidate. A name search is not full compliance screening. checked 2026-08-22. OpenSanctions
- No match found in the debarment registers we checked (record type: debarment-clear) [our own observation, not an official record; name search, no matching candidate] We searched the public debarment datasets and found no matching candidate. Absence from these lists is a search result, not a certificate. checked 2026-08-22. OpenSanctions
- Named directors on file (record type: directors-on-file) [official record; status green] One director named in the company register. The register names the people who run the company, so there is someone answerable if something goes wrong. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Owners named in the company register (record type: ownership-on-record) [official record; status green] Names the company's owners or controllers as the register records them. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- On the company register (record type: registered-since) [official record; status green] On the company register since 2016-08-23. Shows how long the company has been on the state register, which is hard to fake and easy to check. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-10-13. Companies Register (NZBN bulk data)
- Main activity as recorded in the state business register (record type: registered-activity) [official record; status green] The business register records what the company is registered to do. A manufacturing code supports a maker over a trader, but it is registered activity, not an operating plant. checked 2026-09-17. https://www.nzbn.govt.nz/mynzbn/nzbndetails/9429042525660/
- Street address on file in the state register (record type: registered-address) [official record; status green] The address the company itself gave the register, so post and inspectors reach it there. checked 2026-09-17. https://www.nzbn.govt.nz/mynzbn/nzbndetails/9429042525660/
- Recent annual report filed (record type: annual-return-no-accounts) [official record; status green] The company filed its annual return on time, so the register still sees an entity that meets its obligations. The annual return confirms company details, not accounts: companies of this size do not have to publish financial statements, so no figures are expected. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Legally registered and still active (record type: registry-active-global) [official record; status green] Indicates the company is not dissolved or winding down. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Line of business as recorded in the state register: Breweries (record type: registry-activity) [official record; status green] Line of business as recorded in the state register: Breweries. Shows what the state itself says the company does, which you can compare with what it promises you. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Probably related companies, not confirmed by an official record (record type: related-entity-probable) [official record; status green] The same person's name appears on this company's record and on other companies' records whose names share a distinctive word. That makes a link probable, not proven: the register does not say it is the same person. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
