Tak narodził się CARNI VALLEBELBO. Początkowo było siedemnastu członków, wszyscy hodowcy bydła, świń i kóz, ich odwaga była godna pochwały, podobnie jak determinacja od początku. Zrozumiano, że jedynym rozwiązaniem jest skupienie się wyłącznie na jakości, stosując techniki przygotowawcze i konserwatywne przyjęte w rodzinach Langa.
