Po zakupie udziałów w firmie w 1996 roku, dwaj konstruktorzy i właściciele modeli, Andreas Schilling i Reinhard Tadday, w 1997 roku zmienili nazwę firmy na Herscheider Modellbau GmbH. Od początku 2019 roku firmą zarządzają dwaj właściciele Michele Guerra i Andreas Schilling.
