Laulupuu Oy - New terraced house in Hailuoto
We started construction work on a new townhouse at Sintantie 47, 90480 Hailuoto. Four apartments for rent will be completed in the building: two two-room apartments and two three-room apartments, one of which has been selected for residents. No tenant selections have been made for the other apartments. The first apartments will probably be completed during the spring and summer of 2026. Later, we will build another terraced house on the same lot, the construction of which we will start after the first house is finished.
