Firma Plazma LLC powstała 1 listopada 1990 roku jako małe przedsiębiorstwo. Na bazie Bijskiego Funduszu Transportowego utworzono centrum komputerowe, które obsługiwało prawie wszystkie przedsiębiorstwa transportowe w mieście Bijsk. Jednocześnie utworzono halę napraw sprężarek przemysłowych oraz centrum spawalnicze. Dalszy rozwój firmy nastąpił po przejęciu nowych obszarów produkcyjnych, w których zorganizowano następujące obszary: produkcja urządzeń niestandardowych i spawalnictwo, naprawa sprężarek, konserwacja samochodów ciężarowych i osobowych, kucie artystyczne.
