Quem diz germinação diz umidade. Ao final de uma boa germinação, o nível de umidade ultrapassa 50%. Nesse nível, não faz sentido tentar manter a cevada germinada por mais de um dia. Com o aumento da jornada de trabalho e a falta de mão de obra, muitos criadores pararam essa produção. É com base neste princípio que desenvolvemos um processo de fabrico que inclui a dessecação (secagem a baixa temperatura) que nos permite hoje oferecer-lhe uma cevada germinada que se conserva muito bem preservando todos os seus benefícios nutricionais. Desde então desenvolvemos o nosso campo de atividade realizando modelagens. Hoje nos especializamos na fabricação de alimentos complementares personalizados para animais de fazenda. Pudermos
