Samuel juntou-se à aventura em 2023, depois de ter experimentado durante vários anos na sua cozinha Lyonnaise, foi quando se mudou para Beaubery que decidiu fazer disso a sua carreira. Conscienciosamente treinado por Thomas, ele se encarrega da produção de cerveja da cervejaria.
