State-owned phosphate rock producer (mining, crushing and shipment), the only genuine industrial producer on Nauru. Confirmed active in 2025: the board was reconstituted in October 2025, an MoU was signed with the Rabi Council in April 2025 on a crushing plant, and phosphate-rail talks were held in March 2025.
