Situada nas colinas vulcânicas da reserva natural de Astroni, na zona histórica de Campi Flegrei, a empresa agrícola Moccia dedica-se apaixonadamente à viticultura há mais de quarenta anos. Um preciso plano de recuperação, iniciado em 1960 pelo fundador Gennaro Moccia, é executado com igual entusiasmo pelo seu filho Raffaele que, para acompanhar de perto a empresa, abandonou a profissão freelance de agrotécnico, permitindo o pleno aproveitamento dos recursos vitivinícolas desta zona. As vinhas Moccia estão localizadas nas colinas da reserva natural Astroni di Agnano onde a particular inclinação da colina, com disposição em socalcos, permite apenas a gestão manual das mesmas, baseada na modelação contínua do solo, garantindo assim o correto abastecimento de água.
