O BLRT Grupp é o maior conglomerado industrial dos estados bálticos, operando estaleiros de reparação naval, oficinas de fabricação de metal e empresas de engenharia em toda a Estônia (Estaleiro Tallinn, Noblessner), Letônia, Lituânia e Finlândia. A divisão de construção e reparo naval do grupo atende graneleiros, quebra-gelos, balsas e embarcações offshore em docas secas em Tallinn e Riga.
